Beads: trasser-isolated-functional-smoke. Depends on !65 (merged). Small HTTP import -> STRICT solve -> report/export/routes, shared current_smoke validator, raw responses/status/hash evidence. Failed, late or wrong-project results cannot publish PASS. Deployment receipt becomes FUNCTIONAL_SMOKE_VERIFIED only after smoke. 16/16 synthetic tests PASS, docs1131 PASS, diff check PASS. Self-review no blocking findings, not independent acceptance. Real Docker/TCP/stand NOT run. 180s checks before/after requests are not a hard slow-drip watchdog. No performance or failover claim. This MR is OUTSIDE authorized auto-merge !61 (merged)–!65 (merged): do not auto-merge. If target is parent branch, do not merge into it; retarget main after !65 (merged) integration and rerun CI.
